Announcing the 2024 Bloomfield Girls Robotics Competition (BGRC) College Scholarships

 

For 2024, we will be awarding 3-5 scholarships. Assuming 32 teams attend, each scholarship will be $1000. Funding for the scholarships will come from the team registration fees. Scholarship winners are responsible for any tax obligations. Therefore, if the event is canceled, or overall participation reduced, the scholarship amounts may need to be reduced accordingly or eliminated. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

1.       The scholarships are for 2024-2025 school year seniors who will be attending post high school education institutions (college, community college, university, technical school).

2.      Only students on teams attending the 2024 BGRC can apply. The student must also be attending with the team.

3.     Students must submit answers to a short question set (below) and answer an essay question.

 

DEADLINE: Applications must be received by  October 14, 2024 at 11:59PM.
